Should i believe him or is this another lie?

My bf of 4 yrs (we've broken up a few times) has been playing online video games & talking to a bunch of girls who live hundreds of miles away. He made an extra facebook to "separate his online friends from the real ones". He didnt make it private so i have the right to look at it, & i did. He calls girls baby, beautiful, & says he loves them. I came clean & sent him a message saying if he doesnt have anything to hide it shouldnt bother him & that he cant go letting other girls think he's single. He replied saying "do u rly think id choose them iver u, i only do that to creep them out cuz they keep hitting on me, etc". But he didnt say anything about the fact that his relationship status is single. He ignored that. I never get to see him since he's been staying at his sister's since november & idk when he plans on going back home. Should i believe him? He says im the only one he loves & wants to be with. I dont wanna throw this relationship away, but he's not doing a good job of showing he wants to keep it.
