Does this girl like me?

I'm in 8th grade and there is a girl that sits in front of me in Chinese class. I kinda like her and enjoy flirting with her but am not sure if she is flirting with me or not. She laughs at what I say. She says nice things About my hair sometimes or me clothes. She's really cute and athletic while I'm nerdy and pretty athletic. I have known her for years but not well. She likes to plAy wth my stuff sometimes. OnE time while i was writing something she put her hand iver where i was writing and i saw that she had pink nail polish on, she just looked at me almost like she was trying to get my Attention by when she hAd it she looked at me and turned around. Today, she wrote (my name then right under it A heart and then her name) it's not that uncommon for a girl to do this but she went through some trouble to do it since she wrote it upside down from where she was (she put multiple hearts) we don't talk that much but we do sometimes and when I see her in the halls she doesn't really react when I walk by,almost like she is purposely not looking at me. After she wrote that thing on my book my teacher saw it and said it was cute (we laughed cuz he was a cool guy) would a girl normally write something that way? Does she like me?
