How long does it take to get rid of scabies?

i saw my doc just iver 2 weeks ago...my sis had scabies about a month ago but she never told us that our whole family had to apply the cream so i have it now. I have applied the cream and washed it off in the morning..we have been washing our sheets off in HOT water evryday. 9 days later i applied the cream again (NIX-for scabies) i have gotten even more bups than i started. I have been itching them alot but trying not too...i have the pills to stop the itching but they arent doing much i also have another cream (prescription) to help the itch. I JUST WANT THIS NIGHTMARE TO END! its allllll over my entire body and its gross!...please lets me know how much longer you think ill getit and wat else i can do to get rid of it. thx
